History

CaLoR4Arte, a non-profit organization, was founded in 2024 by Anastasia Tamouridou, a cultural event producer with extensive experience in the field of culture, and the Spaniard Laura Díaz Concepción, a historian with a passion for Greek culture and deep knowledge of Spanish culture as well.

Purpose

The organization's core purpose, through its activities, is to further strengthen the relationship between Greece and Spain in the field of the arts. Both founding members firmly believe in the strong bonds between the two peoples and in the mutual appreciation each holds for the other's cultural achievements.

The Name

The organization's name is an anagram of the beloved Spanish writer Federico García Lorca (CaLoR). At the same time, the word CaLoR4Arte means "Fervor for Art" in Spanish.
